   • For custom or made-to-order items, production can take between 2-6 weeks. Exact lead times will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Time:
   Once your order is complete, we use reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary depending on destination.

3. Order Tracking:
   Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

4. Delays and Updates:
   We strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, but custom work can occasionally experience unforeseen delays. If your order is delayed, we will communicate updates promptly to ensure you are informed.
